- What is the total investment for the Accelerator?The investment reflects hands-on analysis, delivery and ongoing support.
Programme Entry Fee: £1,950
Covers the ½ day virtual team workshop, AI & Automation audits, assessment and your 90 day roadmap
Followed by Monthly Accelerator Membership: £395 per month
Covers weekly group sessions, ongoing support and continued implementation (of automations, Custom GPTs, etc.).
VAT applies where relevant.
We do not accept everyone, and there is no hard sell. The focus is on fit and outcomes. - Are there any hidden costs?The £4,500 fee is fixed. While it does not cover external software subscriptions, the majority of the new tools we suggest (if existing internal tools are not suitable) allow you to start on a free tier and scale up only as your needs grow. This ensures your immediate ROI is realized before you incur new monthly software costs.
- How quickly will we see results?Our goal is to deliver functional solutions and measurable efficiency gains in weeks, not months. You will start realizing the ROI on the three Quick Wins immediately after implementation and training.
- What is the total duration of the Accelerator?The Accelerator is a fast-track, short-burst programme, typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the initial kick-off workshop.
- What exactly is delivered during the programme?The programme delivers maximum value in a short period. For the £4,500 fee, you receive:
1. A 1/2 Day Team Workshop for mapping and deep assessment.
2. Implementation of Three "Quick Wins" (functional, deployed automations).
3. Full Staff Training on the new solutions.
4. Creation of the Strategic 90-Day AI Roadmap (the blueprint for future projects).
5. Weekly group sessions
6. Ongoing support and continued implementation (of automations, Custom GPTs, etc.). - What is the 90-Day AI Roadmap?The roadmap is the strategic blueprint for the larger, more complex automation projects you will undertake over the next quarter (90 days). It is the planning output of our short-burst programme, but the implementation of those larger projects is not included in the Accelerator fee.
- What are Quick Wins?Quick Wins are high-impact, simple automations (like automated reporting or streamlined lead processing) identified during the assessment that offer the greatest potential for immediate time reclamation.
- When does the next cohort start?Our next cohorts are starting w/c 12 January and w/c 19 January 2026. Spaces are limited to ensure quality implementation.
- How much time will this require from my internal team?Your team's commitment is minimal and front-loaded, consisting primarily of the initial 1/2 day mapping workshop. We then handle the rapid implementation, minimizing disruption to your team's workflow.
- Is the program conducted in-person or remotely?The Accelerator is fully optimised for remote delivery (including the workshop and training) to ensure maximum flexibility and speed. We can deliver the workshop also onsite (Travel Time & Expenses will be billed extra).
